Making an offer...
Determine offer price, terms & conditions with your Realtor®
Complete Offer to purchase form (WB-11)
Wait for response from selling Realtor®
Misc. (amendments, counter offers, etc.)
 
Your offer is accepted...
Earnest Money check to your Realtor® (a "good faith" check that is subtracted from your down payment)
Choose a Home Inspector
If problems w/ Inspection, renegotiate
Get Homeowners insurance
Financing commitment
Have a Title search done
Final walk through with Realtor®
Closing
