When your home is listed with Lakewood Realty we will:

• Submit your home to the Multiple listing service.
• Send selective mailings to potential Buyers and other Realtors®.
• Develop a feature sheet highlighting features and benefits of your home
• Post “Nice Feature” cards in prominent locations throughout your home.
• Place you home on the Internet and on Lakewood Realty’s Website.
• Suggest and advise you of any changes you might want to consider making to increase buyer
  Interest
• Constantly update you as to any changes in the market
• Display a professional sign and lock box. Also display a “warranty rider” if you desire to offer one.
• Hold open houses at your convenience.
• Consult with buyers about available Mortgage financing and make you completely aware of all the various methods of financing that your buyers may want to use.
• Follow-up on all the salespeople that have shown your home for their feedback and keep you informed.
• Assist you in arranging interim financing, if necessary.
• Represent you upon the presentation of all offers by the cooperating brokers and help in negotiating the best possible price and terms for you.
• Work to have all contingencies Satisfied or Removed.
• Advise and consult with you on any issues revealed after Inspection.
• Handle follow-up details and keep you updated on all mortgage, Title and other Closing procedures after the Contract has been accepted.
• Have the Title Company draft your Deed and transfer return if desired.
• Attend Closing and deliver your check.
